The HP line of Photosmart printers are some of the best in the industry. HP has been at the printer business longer than almost anyone out there, so you know they know what they are doing when it comes to building a quality printer.

I’ll be looking at two low cost all-in-one printers from HP: the C4680 and the C4780. Their prices range for these two printers is $70.00 to $130.00. Since I’ve been in the market for a low cost all-in-one machine I’ll be looking at these two options. Just to be sure, all-in-one printers print, scan and fax.

C4680 can be used to print photos without using the printer, just insert a memory card and you can print nice quality photos and do some editing without the need for a computer. But one of the problems with many of these low cost printers is that it just feels cheap. Another issue is the cost of ink. I really think printer companies throw these cheap printers out there for a loss and make their money on the ink.

Something to keep in mind is to check the cost of ink for the printer you are going to buy. But don’t just check the price, also see what the output rating per cartridge is. Just because a cartridge is cheaper does not mean it is a better deal if it doesn’t have a better output rating per page.

The HP C4780 is wireless, which right out of the gate is something I’m looking for. The wi-fi might be one of the few pluses of this model. Again, we have an ink price issue. The ink is very expensive for this model. Also, there are few bells and whistles in this model.

My conclusion is that maybe I’ll get the C4680, but definitely not the C4780. Although the price is around $130.00, which is fairly reasonable, the high ink price and limited functions make this a non-starter. Since the C4680 is so inexpensive and the print quality is good, it might be worth buying if it lasts a year.

When asking about which color laser printer will be best for small businesses. You will be presented with so many choices of color laser printer out there. But you don’t have to be confused to what many people offer about the best color laser printer because I will give you complete color laser printer review. I introduce you the Dell 2130Cn Color Laser Printer, this printer is ideal for small businesses because it comes with the power of emulsion aggregation technology. This technology will work to create higher level of quality color images. This printer is also equipped with duplexer feature and network capability so it allows you making workgroup network system. The price of this printer is still affordable.

To increase that additional amount of attention grabbing flair to your presentations as well as workloads, color laser technology is actually the ideal solution. The Dell 2130Cn has print resolution of 600 by 600 dpi, so the printed picture will look sharper and clearer than ever before. Emulsion aggregation technology functions to fuse colour toner particles smaller than prior components could, yielding in much less tiny mistakes and definitely a more precise image. The technology also consume less electricity, making for a a bit faster warm-up time.

The Dell 2130cn printer comes with measurements of 15.7″ x 16″ x 16.3″ (W x D x H) and a total weight of 41 pounds. Considering that the machine prints out 16 ppm in colour, it can also be regarded smaller in its segment. While the machine prints out 20 ppm in monochrome (black and white). A 400 Megahertz processor chip helps to keep bigger jobs from lagging behind on speed, although print speeds are generally set for small, single digit paper coverage stats, and the machine by itself can accomplish a full 90% coverage colour image that will result in print time to be postponed.

Although there are no any additional slots in the The Dell 2130cn printer, the typical 256 Megabytes on board memory space can be changed with memory space of up to 1280 Megabytes, permitting vivid, full page colour pictures to be processed with minimum delay. Paper volume can even be extended up to 250 sheets with an additional paper tray, so the maximum potential paper capacity that can be loaded into the machine is 500 sheets.

A regular maximal output tray with a 150 sheet volume also assists to keep even huge personal projects going on without postponement. The duplexer feature enables to print on the both sides of paper at the same time so that you can save paper up to 50%.

The Dell 1815dn all in one laser printer provides a value packed printing solution for home or office. The outer case is sleek but the printer weighs nearly forty pounds making this a compact addition to your office that requires a solid base to sit on. We appreciated the handles molded in to the back of the unit that made positioning a bit easier.

The 1815dn has all the necessary cables including USB that permits a one wire quick hookup to your computer. A generous 250 sheet capacity paper try allows you to print more and refill less. Dell offers a higher capacity 500 sheet paper try at additional cost the is recommended for high print volume situations. The 1815dn performed well in our printing tests and delivered up to 24 sheets per minute depending on print quality settings. The LCD readout is not full function but provides enough information including toner replacement or paper refill alerts.

The 1815dn laser printer comes with a 3000 page toner cartridge and is replaceable at a cost of around seventy dollars. The fax capabilities of the 1815dn are respectable and delivered high quality replication. The scan function on the 1815dn provides laser sharp black and white scans but our color tests revealed slight distortion. We like how the 1815dn provides a large button keypad to control both fax and scan functions. The Dell 1815dn is compatible with Windows, Linux, and Mac system. We purchased our 1815dn mfp for $500 and feel like most other Dell products we’ve reviewed that it delivers excellent value and performance for the price.

The Epson R265 though is too bulky, much like its brothers and sisters in the R series all-in-one printer. But, what it lacks in beauty it makes up for in performance, so it helps to have some extra space in your home or office for you to store the R265 printer.

The Epson Stylus R265 comes with a lovely silver and black design with a control panel at the front. Towards the back of the R265 printer is the cover which reveals a R265 Printer Cartridges printer ink carrier, containing 6 types of printer ink cartridge. The ink cartridges are the T0801 black ink, T0802 Cyan ink, T0803 Magenta ink, T0804 Yellow ink, T0805 Light Cyan ink, T0806 Light Magenta ink.

The Epson R265 also comes with added DVD/CD printing by means of the DVD/CD carrier that comes with the machine, this allows you to print off covers for your DVDs and CDs for presentation.

You can connect your camera to the Epson R265 printer by using PictBridge socket to print your photos. The other alternative is to connect to the printer using the USB 2.0 socket.

The Epson R265 printer has a lot of software that comes with the model to make printing easier. There are software such as Web-to-page to allow you to print full web pages, and easy photo print to manage bulk printing.

Look for compatible printer ink cartridges for the Epson R265 as the originals can be rather expensive, mostly if you are a regular user of the printer, which can be found all over the internet.

Generally, this Epson R265 printer is a good printer, with a good engine, even if the design is bulky, but if you put reliability over performance then this printer is the one you want.

For important meetings or projects, it is important that we provide a clear and detailed print out. The kind of printing device determines the quality of your output.

As a natural result, it is a must then that you find a good printer that can give you quality prints. The more efficient your printer is, the better the prints you could get. In this manner, you may search for the answer to the question: Should I buy Canon compact printers?

For many years now, canon had not yet stopped producing photo or documents prints with the highest color quality and details.

Consequently, there had been a lot of Canon compact printers available on the market. Hence, opting for the best model is not that easy task.

Based on my personal search, a lot of users are impressed with Canon-Selphy-CP series. Adding to this, other thousands of customers are really happy with other modes, e.g. Canon-Pixma printers.

Which models should one consider?

You may want to own one of the following outstanding models, e.g. Pixma MX7600, Pixma MX860, and Pixma MX320. Other examples of compact photo printers are Pixma MX 870, Pixma MX 340, and Pixma 350.

Which model I personally prefer?

Based on numerous printers review sites and forums, Pixma mini320 -that replaced the Pixma mini260- has received positive reviews from many users.

And, that is why I decided to opt for this model and it was a good decision. Indeed, it is very portable and is able to produce prints with high color definition.

It has a horizontal position when it is operating and a vertical position when it should be carried. Aside from its portability, it also has a scroll wheel and an LCD screen tilted. What makes it a better choice is that it can do prints from computers, memory cards, and Bluetooth adapter.

What should do you opt for when you target high speed and flexible printers?

For the highest speed and flexibility, the Canon Pixma iP4000 printer could make a good candidate. Its five-color system makes photo prints possess an almost real-life effect with its high laser quality and perfect contrast. This reason alone makes this printer one of the most preferred models.

What are the other advantages of this model?

The 1856 high performing nozzle print head makes printing very vivid. With a high resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi, you would enjoy a photo print so much similar to the ones traditionally printed.

Furthermore, this model produces photos with perfect contrast in a borderless print in 8.5 x 11 inches.

How fast does Pixma iP4000 print?

In a matter of thirty-six seconds, this printer can produce a borderless output of 4″x6″ with up to 25 ppm in black and 17 ppm in color. Its direct photo printing capability allows you to print even with the absence of a computer. You simply have to connect a PictBridge compatible digicam or DVD camcorder and you can do the printing.

What do people love the best about Canon compact printers?

Based on my personal experiences with many computer accessories companies, I cannot stress enough how much important it is to have a good customer support.

And, in this manner, I would confirm that Canon printer support representatives do a unique job. In other words, you should make sure that they will stay behind you in case you faced any issues.

In today’s market, there are basically 4 types of popular printers.

o	Inkjet

o	Laser

o	Thermal Transfer(Dye Sublimation)

o	Dot Matrix (Yes, they’re still selling these!)

The factors that separate them are simple.

o	Initial cost

o	Operation cost

o	Speed and Performance

o	Durability

o	Specialty jobs

If you are going to be printing strictly in Black & White (B&W), you’re going to be happiest with a laser printer. They offer faster print speed, crisper text, and lower cost of operation. A good one is usually more expensive than an Inkjet, but with the costs of ink cartridges, you’ll soon recoup that initial investment.

A typical B&W laser printer for home-office type use will run $300-$500 and will give you 20-24 pages per minute(ppm). For big office printing, expect over $1,000. Also expect 30+ppm. You will also achieve a resolution of 1200 x 1200. Higher resolution means crisper text. Laser printers are also usually rated on monthly volume. This is something to consider if you are purchasing a printer that will get a lot of usage. Don’t buy one rated for 10,000 pages a month if you know you’ll be printing 20,000. You’ll wear it out quick.

You can also get color laser printers, their cost has come down a lot from the $5,000 units 10 years ago. They’re usually fine for business type graphics, but I still like a nice photo inkjet for printing photos.

Inkjet’s and Thermal printers have much smaller cartridges and usually run out quicker than the toner in a laser. Because of that, the cost of printing each page can be much more. These printers can also be purchased with the ability to print onto CD/DVD, which is a nice feature. Duty cycle isn’t as high as a laser, but for home/office printing, most of them can keep up fine. Their B&W text is generally suitable for business, though some of the photo printers have slightly jagged text. Again, they’re less expensive to purchase, but can cost 4 times as much to operate as a laser. If you don’t do a lot of printing (

The price per page is most likely one of the key elements of a printer’s quality. In the color laser printer segment, HP appears to have a monopoly of kinds in terms of low price per page printers. Here is a summary of the greatest low price laser color printers from HP.

HP 3600 Printer

The HP Color Laser printer comes with print speed of 17 pages per minute. However, exactly what makes these color laser printers get noticed is in their price per page. To print in black, you will spend only a cent per page. While to print in color, you will spend around 9 cents per page. In the market you will find this printer cost between 465 to 562 USD.

HP CM1312nfi MFP Printer

The CM1312nfi MFP printer comes with price tag on $499. It is also equipped with duplexer feature that allows you printing on both sides, and 10/100 Ethernet and USB connection which allows you making it for workgroups. To print in black, you will spend 2.5 cent per page. While to print in color, you will spend 4.3 cents per page. cents. These prices are very competitive and reasonable. In the market, you will find this printer is tagged around $499.

HP 1500L Printer

The 1500L printer costs between $149 to $199. It has ability to print 5,000 pages for black and 4,000 pages for color. The black ink cartridge of this printer costs $83 while the color ink cartridges of this printer cost $100. So to print in black, you will spend about 1.6 cents per page. While to print in color, you will spend about 2.5 cents per page.

HP 2600n Printer

The 2600n printer costs between 295 to 529 USD. When compared with other HP color laser printers, this printer possesses the most expensive price per page at 5 cents for black print and 22 cents for color print. It is because the price of its ink cartridges is really expensive and therefore substitution of the printer is more making sense than changing ink cartridges when they are used up. The existence of technology known as Instant-On Fusing and also a network interface help to make this printer a good choice for small enterprises.
